Our Team

YaredSiyum is the founder and principal attorney of the law office. He has over 12 years of legal experience in the corporate, banking, insurance and public industries. Yared is a highly dedicated and progressive litigation and consultancy attorney. He served various clients in well-known legal cases. Among others, he served the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia for nearly four years as a litigator and consultant. In the insurance industry he was working as a consultant and currently he is working with two of the prominent insurance companies of the country. Yared is serving the legal industry as an arbitrator as-well.

In the corporate law practice, Yared served various prominent clients. Some of the services he provided are subject to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) aside these practices he served State Grid Corporation of China, Green Horizon Plantation PLC, Vision HelathCare PLC, AbebaGidey Trading House PLC, Bazen Farm development PLC, Addis Spare Parts SC, Abeba Transport SC and others.

Yonas, is an attorney and consultant and member to YaredSiyum and associates law office. He has over 10 years of legal experience in the corporate law practice. Yonas is a company formation and dissolution expert in our law office. He was awarded the best lawyer award for three consecutive years from 2012-2015 while he was serving as in house lawyer at the Commercial Nominees PLC, one of the subsidiaries of the giant Commercial Bank of Ethiopia.

Adamu is an attorney and consultant and member to YaredSiyum and associates law office. He has over 8 years of legal experience in the judiciary and litigation area practice. Adamu served the federal high court as associate judge and later before joining YaredSiyum and associates law office he was serving the public as solo practitioner. Currently he is working as a litigation expert.
